How fast will I hear back?
We read every message and typically reply within a few days. Since Chatlek doesn't collect accounts, replies go to the email address you provide here.
Is this the right place to report another user?
No. If someone in a conversation is behaving badly, use the report option in that conversation's menu instead. It attaches the exact messages involved so a moderator can review what happened.
Can I ask about deleted messages or a lost conversation?
Chatlek permanently deletes sessions and their messages once they end, with no backups, so we won't be able to recover them. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
